Emily Greene

MEET EMILY GREENE

Emily Greene is a Shenandoah Valley native with a special love for rural Virginia. She attended the University of Mary Washington with a degree in Biology. After working in Richmond at The Fan Free Clinic and taking various mission trips, including New Orleans, Mexico and Bolivia, she returned to James Madison University for her Physician Assistant degree.

In 2009, Emily joined Blue Ridge Urological. She enjoys working with both men and women and strives for patient comfort and education. Open to seeing all urologic disorders, she has an interest in urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis, pelvic pain syndrome and incontinence. She has a close working relationship with the four surgeons at Blue Ridge Urological and collaborates with them on patient care.

Dedicated to educating future PAs, she is also adjunct faculty at Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences and James Madison University. As full medical staff at Augusta Health, she is on the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee and the former President of the Augusta Medical Society. Emily lives in Afton with her husband and dog. She enjoys vegetable and flower gardening and anything that lets her spend time outside.
